Inclusion Canada
Inclusion Canada’s Barrier-Free Benefits program offers one-on-one help with disability benefits. The organization helps people apply for benefits like the Disability Tax Credit (DTC), including help with the medical certificate, the Registered Disability Savings Plan (RDSP), the new Canada Disability Benefit (CDB). They can also provide general information and advice on filing taxes and links to free services.
Disability Alliance Canada
Disability Alliance Canada offers one-on-one help applying for federal disability programs. They can assist you through every stage, including applying for benefits, renewals, denials and appeals.
Alberta
Voice of Albertans with Disabilities
VAD has an online breakdown of how AISH (Assured Income for the Severely Handicapped), the Canada Disability Benefit (CDB), and the Alberta Disability Assistance Program (ADAP) relate to one another. The organization also offers appointments for assistance with completing disability benefits forms.
British Columbia
Disability Alliance BC
The Advocacy Access Program’s advocates assist hundreds of people to apply for and appeal the denial of provincial (known as PWD) and federal (Canada Pension Plan – Disability) disability benefits.
Manitoba

The Access 2 Benefits program provides one-on-one assistance in applying for benefits programs, such as the Disability Tax Credit, Registered Disability Savings Plan (RDSP), Primary Caregiver Tax Credit, Canada Pension Plan Disability, and more.
New Brunswick

Also serving New Brunswick, ILNS has a team of Disability Tax Credit Navigators to help individuals with disabilities and supporting family members through the Disability Tax Credit (DTC) process. When someone qualifies for the DTC, they can also access other federal programs, such as the Canada Disability Benefit (CDB), Child Disability Benefit, Canada Workers Benefit Disability Supplement, and Registered Disability Savings Plan (RDSP).

Also serving Newfoundland & Labrador, ILNS has a team of Disability Tax Credit Navigators to help individuals with disabilities and supporting family members through the Disability Tax Credit (DTC) process. When someone qualifies for the DTC, they can also access other federal programs, such as the Canada Disability Benefit (CDB), Child Disability Benefit, Canada Workers Benefit Disability Supplement, and Registered Disability Savings Plan (RDSP).
Northwest Territories
NWT Disabilities Council
The NWT Disabilities Council has an Information Referral and Support program available to all NWT residents with disabilities. The organization assists clients in applying for disability-related benefits and programs, such as CPP Disability, Private Long Term Disability, Income Support, and Learning Supports for Persons with Disabilities. They can also attend meetings or appeals as a neutral third-party or advocate.
Nova Scotia

Nunavummi Disabilities Makinnasuaqtiit Society
NDMS offers support, advocacy, education, and resources for Nunavummiut with disabilities. The Society helps navigate applications and ensures that people receive the assistance they need to improve their quality of life, including support with applications for the Disability Tax Credit and the Child First Initiative, and guidance on available disability-related benefits and programs.
Prince Edward Island

Community Access Workers in all three counties assist Islanders living with disabilities in accessing supports and services from the Federal Government, including the CPP-Disability application, appeal, and tribunal process, the Disability Tax Credit Application process and the Registered Disability Saving Plan. These Community Access Workers are also effective navigators in accessing supports and services from the Provincial Government.

People living in Quebec can also apply for a Disability Pension under the Québec Pension Plan.
